Likewise on Saturday morning at the same times, come along to the Christmas Sale and pick up some stocking fillers.
On Sunday, there will not be a morning service, but the Christmas celebration service takes place at 3.30pm, followed by a festive tea.
RBL Women's Section: Many thanks to all who helped or attended the recent Christmas bazaar, when more than £1,000 was raised for funds. What a superb result!
CHRISTMAS Tree Festival: All lit up at St Mary’s Church this weekend, from 11am to 4pm both days, with seasonal goodies, music and refreshments available.
FIRST Old Basing Guides Christmas Fair: This Sunday, from 1pm to 4pm at the Beddington Centre, just off Riley Lane. Hand-made crafts and gifts, cakes and tombola. Free admission.
BUZZ Buzz: Turn to the Basinga for details of the competition to design a honey jar label for St Mary’s Bees, who are busily working away in various sites around the village. Look out for “Team Bee” at the Christmas Tree Festival.
