FUN Day: St Anne’s Primary School, in Pinkerton Road, is holding their annual Fun Day this Saturday, from 10am to 4pm.
The attractions include exotic animals, look-a-like mascots, dancing, and refreshments are available.
CHARITY Night: The Camrose Club, in Western Way, is holding an event to raise money for St Michael’s Hospice, on Saturday, June 20, from 4pm until late, and will include music, a raffle, and much more.
GENTLEMEN Do Lunch: The next Lunch Club for 60 plus men will be held this Monday, 12.30pm, at Westside Community Centre. It costs £3.90, which covers dinner, a piece of cake and coffee or tea. Contact Nicky on 464571.
BLOOD donors needed: The NHS Blood and Transplant Service will be at St Andrew’s Methodist Church on Monday, July 6. There are two sessions – 1.30pm-3.30pm and 4.30pm-7pm. To donate blood you either just walk in or book a place by ringing 0300 123 23 23.
