TADLEY and Baughurst Art Club: Would like to thank everyone who came to their exhibition and, particularly, Dr David Newman, who opened the exhibition on Saturday morning. Donations of £82.08 were received for St Michael’s Hospice, and the winner of the most popular exhibit was Jenny Kennish (Inwood) for her painting of an ocelot titled “So Beautiful”.
MONTHLY Market: Wolverton Village Hall holds its monthly market this Saturday, from 9.30am to 11am. There will be books, bric-a-brac, cakes, wool, home-made jams and chutneys, flowers and vegetables for sale and refreshments are available. WOOTTON St Lawrence with Ramsdell Parish Council: Holds its annual parish meeting next Wednesday, in Ramsdell Village Hall at 7pm. The council will be giving an update on their Neighbourhood Plan. Residents are welcome to attend.
HEATH End Gardening Club: will be holding their annual plant sale on Saturday, May 9, from 10.30am to noon, at The Hurst Community College, Baughurst.
