PINKERTON Road drainage works: The county council will be undertaking drainage improvement works to alleviate flooding on Pinkerton Road, opposite St Anne’s Catholic School, in Basingstoke.
The works are programmed to start next Tuesday and are expected to last for two weeks. In order to undertake the works safely, it will be necessary to install temporary traffic lights and close the footway for the duration of the works.
ST PETER’S Church 50th anniversary celebration: To mark the occasion the church is holding an open afternoon on Saturday, April 11, 2pm to 5pm. If you or family members were christened or married at St Peter’s Church come along and share your memories.
