ROOM for businesses to grow in the 21st century is being provided for at Worting House.

The 18th century Georgian mansion, providing serviced offices in beautiful parkland at Worting, has just launched its new meeting and training facilities.

Home to a variety of local, national and international businesses, the launch is part of a general upgrade for the listed building that has been taking place over three years.

Worting House manager Julie Kehoe said: “This development to our offering is a fantastic extension to Worting House, building on the professional and friendly services our staff and facilities already provide for so many businesses.

“With easy access by train or car and plenty of free parking, Worting House has further enhanced its reputation as one of Basingstoke and north Hampshire’s most attractive, professional and convenient places to do business.”

Open to non-residents, Julie said the new facilities are designed to cater from four to 32 people, with a range of layouts that can accommodate a range of purposes and budgets, from board meetings to supplier presentations, interviews and company training days.

She said: “The rooms make good use of natural daylight and are designed with space and free-thinking in mind.

“Equipment includes an interactive training screen with full TV and computer capabilities and a range of audio and video equipment, in addition to the more usual facilities, such as the traditional flip charts.”

The meeting and training facilities also combine fast Internet connections with free wireless access.
