Rosemount Financial Solutions, in Chequers Road, Basingstoke, is geared towards supporting the needs of financial services professionals.

Billed as an energetic young company, the business-to-business firm has refurbished the former Downland Housing Association offices, where a full range of services is on offer.

Business manager Jacquie Chart said: "Our advisers are all self-employed people running their own businesses under the Rosemount banner or their own trading style.

"We are able to offer full support, from admin through to compliance, using our bespoke integrated point-of-sale system, which means we are completely paperless in this heavily regulated industry.

"We offer recruitment support, where we will headhunt for businesses who are looking to expand, allowing them to concentrate on their core business.

"In addition, we offer a telesales service, where we can arrange client generation and appointments through to professional links with estate agencies, accountants and solicitors.

"We feel that we're unique and that there is no other business like this in Basingstoke."

Mrs Chart added that Rosemount is undergoing unprecedented levels of growth, due, in no small part, to its philosophy of supporting advisers both at motivational and technical level.

The expanding firm, which is headquartered in Basingstoke, has 65 financial advisers across the South using its services.

And it is keen to attract more local advisers in the area, who can use all the company's facilities, including its smart interview rooms to meet clients.

"We work closely with our advisers, helping them to develop and grow their businesses and keeping them up-to-date with industry changes," said Mrs Chart.

"We also offer a variety of incentives, such as conventions, to promote good business practice and enhance productivity.

"In July, we are taking our top sales advisers on a five-day break to the luxurious five-star Mina A'Salam hotel in Dubai."
