A FIRM has entered the trade market with a key appointment.
Ripton Windows, which has been supplying windows, doors and conservatories in Basingstoke since 1996, has recently entered the trade market in North Hampshire with the appointment of Mark Ballard.
Mr Ballard, with over 25 years of experience in the industry, has been brought into the business to head up a new division, Ripton Trade Frames, which will supply windows, doors and conservatories to local building companies.
Ripton Windows managing director, Matthew Ripton, said: “Mark joins us with an incredible pedigree and his technical knowledge is second-to-none. Not only will he be able to provide the products at competitive prices, but also the expertise and advice that goes with it.
“It’s a great step forward for Ripton Windows - to build upon our reputation as a leading local windows company and carry that across to the trade market.”
Mr Ballard added: “It’s a great opportunity for us to use our expertise and buying power for local construction firms. As someone who grew up in Basingstoke, I’m also looking forward to coming back to the town and engaging with a thriving construction industry.”
