ESTATE agents from across north Hampshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire attended Savills’ annual rural business breakfast seminar.
Staff from Savills in Basingstoke attended the event held at the Vineyard Hotel, in Newbury, on Friday.
This year’s seminar core theme was natural capital and how the application of economic thinking to natural resources such as soil, clean air and woodlands can be used to assess the impact of human activity on these resources and their economic value.
Event organiser Ed Pettit-Mills said, “It’s important that landowners are taking steps to prepare for the challenges and opportunities.”
