BOSSES at a Basing View technology firm must be on cloud nine after reporting it has grown international business by 528 per cent.

The virtual call and contact centre solutions company is outpacing the rapidly expanding cloud contact centre market fivefold and now serves customers in 128 countries.

These include the likes of Wowcher, the RAC, PhotoBox, JustGiving, Quintessentially and Canadian Cancer Society.

Named as the world’s 11th top cloud start-up, NewVoiceMedia, recently opened offices in Copenhagen and Wroclaw, and moved to larger offices in San Francisco and New York in response to growth.
