ST MARY'S catapulted themselves from sixth to second following 12 points they garnered from two recent fixtures.
VIKING A had mixed fortunes in their recent encounters against the two Waverley sides in Mixed Division One.
SECOND placed Hurst A extended the gap to BH Pegasus A in third to seven points with a 6-3 victory over Beechdown A in Basingstoke and District Badminton Open Division One.
