ROWLAND Sheila Betty Passed away on Monday 8th April 2019, aged 86 years. Sadly missed by her daughter Carole, family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Basingstoke Crematorium on Thursday 25th April at 3:30 pm. Family flowers only.
