FORMER Reading and Southampton manager Nigel Adkins visited a school in Odiham to promote grassroots football.
Nigel Adkins, a new ambassador for the Football Foundation, visited Robert May’s School, in West Street, last Friday.
In 2008, the charity helped to build a floodlit artificial grass pitch at the school by giving a grant of nearly £180,500.
