Profiles of fallen Tadley soldiers to go on display
AN EXHIBITION of profiles of local men from the Tadley area who were killed during the First World War will take place at the weekend.
The display, between 10am and 4pm on Saturday at Tadley Community Centre, in Newchurch Road, will feature profiles for men whose names are on war memorials in Tadley, Sherborne St John, Monk Sherborne, the Pambers, Baughurst and Ramsdell.
The profiles will include details of service, battles fought in, a family history of each man and photographs. Entrance to the exhibition is free.
