A FORMER Gazette editor spoke about cricketers who died during the First World War on the BBC radio programme Test Match Special.
Andrew Renshaw, left, chairman of Winch-field Parish Council, appeared alongside cricket historian David Frith and presenter Jonathan Agnew last Tuesday.
Mr Renshaw spoke about his book Wisden on the Great War: The Lives of Cricket’s Fallen 1914-1918 during lunch on day three of last week’s test match between England and India at The Ageas Bowl, in Southampton.
