BASINGSTOKE Town will be looking to make it a hat-trick of wins when they travel to lowly Cirencester.

The Dragons will go to Corinium Stadium looking to avenge a 1-0 win earlier in the season.

Since then the Centurions have been on the slide and have not won in their last 10 outings, which has seen them lose eight times including three this year.

They are now in 21st in the table which is the final relegation place, so are four places below Town and 11 points behind having played two more games.

Both the Town and Cirencester had their games postponed on Saturday.

They will go into the game minus the suspended Matt Partridge, who starts a three match ban for his dismissal in the Hampshire Senior Cup clash with AFC Stoneham.

Midfielder Charlie Kennedy is fit again, while goalkeeper Alex Tokarczyk (flu) and David Ray (injury) would have missed Saturday’s game had it gone ahead, but both are back for this weekend.

Looking ahead to another big six pointer Town boss Terry Brown said: “I think they are a good side and we are only without Matt (Partridge) and Rob (Atkinson). So I have a good squad to pick from and I am looking forward to seeing Nana Owusu and Ashleigh Artwell playing together.”

On Tuesday night, Town have a tough looking to trip to Banbury.

They are fifth in the table and have lost just once in their last 10 games.

The Puritans won 1-0 on the opening day of the season at the Ark Cancer Charity Stadium.

Brown said of Tuesday’s clash: “They are pushing for the play-offs, but we have nothing to fear. We have all the play-off contentions, before the end of the season and it will be nice to see how we get on against them.”
