HAMPSHIRE Court A lead the Basingstoke and District Tennis League Ladies Division One with their latest match ending in a draw against Beechdown A with Steph Catlin/Clare Munns being unbeaten for Beechdown.

They also won 7-1 at Beechdown B with Tina Wood/Penny Luke winning all their sets.

The Beechdown team have beaten RSF 8-0 and Goodworth Clatford 5-3.

Also in contention for the title are Andover after they beat Mortimer 8-0 with their team of Fay Fradgley/Claire Reid and Ros Rason/Nicky Hepworth.

Aldermaston won 5-3 at Goodworth Clatford with Karen McKenzie/Jill Vaughan getting a maximum.

Odiham A are battling it out for the title in Division Two with their B side.

The A team beat Goodworth Clatford B 6-2 and Totally Tennis 7-1 with a maximum from Sue Cockroft/Pam Verdon. The B team won 6-2 at Winchester A with Aimee Patterson/Hilary Oliver being unbeaten and 8-0 at Beechdown C. Goodworth Clatford B won 5-3 at Preston Candover with Gilly Edwards/Helen Li winning all their sets.

Beechdown C won 5-3 against Whitchurch and Totally Tennis also beat the Whitchurch team by 8-0 with a team made up of Amy Wingham/Jacqui Black and Tracey Grout/Jill Gibson.

Charlotte Whittle/Sarah Blockley and Judith Mole/Catherine Payne gave Preston Candover an 8-0 win against Winchester A.

HEADING HERE BEECHDOWN A are top of Mixed Division One with their latest result being a 5-3 win at Totally Tennis A.

Old Basing A are in second place after they beat both Goodworth Clatford and Oakley A 5-3 with Phil Dixon/Penny Luke winning their sets in the Oakley match.

Overton A are in third spot after a 5-3 win against Totally Tennis A who then went on to chalk up their first win of the season with a 6-2 result at RSF A, Rex Groves/Helen Gudd being unbeaten.

Old Basing B are still top of Division Two. Aldermaston A beat Odiham A 6-2 and Overton B won 5-3 at Beechdown B.

Division Three has Whitchurch on top after they beat Odiham B 5-3 to maintain their 100 per cent record.

RSF B have won their first two matches with a 5-3 win against Hook and 6-2 over Odiham B with a maximum from Renwick/Tuck.

Kingsclere got a draw at Hook thanks to Graeme and Alison Lockyear winning all their sets.

Beechdown C still maintain their lead in Division Four after a 5-3 win against Aldermaston B. The Aldermaston team then drew with Odiham C.

HEADING HERE ANDOVER A team continue to lead the Basingstoke and District Tennis League Division One just ahead of Kingsclere A.

The Andover team recorded a further two wins against Hampshire Court A 7-1 and Goodworth Clatford 6-2.

Meanwhile, Kingsclere recorded a 7-1 win at Winchester with Daniel Cole/Nigel Baker winning all their sets and a draw against Kintbury.

The Kintbury team also won 5-3 at Goodworth Clatford. RSF A won 5-3 at Winchester thanks to a maximum from Chris Wise and Shane Leather.

Beechdown A remain unbeaten at the top of Division Two after 8-0 wins against RSF B and Andover B and 7-1 over Waverley A.

Phil Banfield/Chris Ball and Chris Harrold/Matt Dedman made up the team against RSF.

The RSF team beat Aldermaston 7-1 with Gary Stanton/George Spanswick winning their sets and they also won by the same score at Odiham A.

Totally Tennis A beat Aldermaston 8-0 with their team of Simon James/Alex Dawson and Jack Nicholson/Alberto Vinuales.

Totally Tennis B have a healthy lead in Division Three, after wins against Oakley B 7-1, 5-3 at Mortimer, 8-0 against Waverley B and a draw with Preston Candover.

Rex Groves/Tim Rice were unbeaten for Totally Tennis in the Oakley match and Steve Grove/Dougal Kerr won a hard fought maximum for Preston Candover.

Old Basing B continue to maintain the pressure on the leaders with a 6-2 win against Oakley B.

A maximum from John McKay.Tim Clist gave Waverley B a draw with Beechdown B.

Mortimer A recorded their first win of the season with a 6-2 result against Odiham B.

Hampshire Court B head Division Four after wins against Hartley Wintney 6-2 with Neil Clark/Tony Conway being unbeaten and 5-3 at Hook.

Kingsclere B won 7-1 at Hartley Wintney with Nigel Baker/Adam Price winning all their sets. Andover C beat Hook 8-0.
