FORMER British Davis Cup players Jamie Baker and Danny Sapsford will visit Totally Tennis on Saturday, March 28.

Both players will offer coaching in different sessions and will then play an exhibition match with two of the centre’s coaches.

Sapsford played in two Davis Cup ties for Great Britain, in 1990 and 1991, while Baker made his debut for the team in September 2006 against Ukraine.

Alongside the tennis, there will be lots to do on the day, including a speed gun challenge and a raffle, with a chance to get involved and play some points in the exhibition match.

Coaching sessions are on a first come first served basis and all coaching session prices include the exhibition match.

There a coaching session from 10am for 45 minutes for players aged six to 10, priced at £10.

The next 45-minute session, for 10 to 16-year-old players, runs from 10.45am and costs £15.

The adult session is from 11.30am to 12.30pm and costs £15.

The speed gun challenge will run from 1.30pm for 30 minutes, with entry costing £2, and the Totally Tennis Davis Cup Exhibition match starts at 2pm, with tickets priced at £5.

All money raised on the day will be used in the Totally Tennis School Development programme in local schools.
