LONDON Irish won their second British and Irish Cup tie with a 34-3 success against the visiting Connacht Eagles.

The teams traded early penalties from Conor McKeon and the Exiles’ Greig Tonks, before scores from Harry Elrington and Ollie Hoskins made it 17-3 at half-time.

After the break, further tries from Jason Harris-Wright, Tom Parton and Joe Cakanasiga made sure of the victory.

Next Sunday, London Irish travel to Richmond to take on London Scottish.
