TADLEY RFC maintained their 100 per cent record in the Berks, Bucks and Oxon Premier with a 58-5 thrashing of bottom side Farnham Royal on Saturday.

The hosts were always in control, running in a total of 10 tries. Tom Bartlett and Gareth Cripp-Jones both crossed the line twice, while there were additional scores for Thomas Bailey, Craig Raymond, Jon Owen, Jon Berwick, Charlie Cox and Pete Rosier.

The result means Tadley move to the top of the table - but they face their biggest test of the season so far this Saturday, when they travel to second-placed Gosford All Blacks, who have also won all of their games.

Aldermaston RFC are up to sixth in the Berks, Bucks and Oxon Championship after claiming a 26-18 victory over Berkshire Shire Hall at the Rec Soc on Saturday.

The hosts scored two tries in either half to win an entertaining game of rugby, holding off a late surge from the Berkshire side to secure a bonus-point victory.

Aldermaston travel to Crowthorne on Saturday, while winless Kingsclere, who were without a game last weekend, face a visit from second-placed Risborough.

Overton RFC remain anchored to the foot of the Hampshire One table after going down 49-17 away at table-topping Solent University.

The hosts raced into a 20 point lead before Overton got on the board, Tristan Harper's run leading to a penalty-try, which was converted by Francois Stoop to make it 20-7 at the break.

Solant added another five tries in the second half but Overton also scored two of their own. Harper got the first from the back of a scrum, before centre Ryan Cornell sprinted through a gap to dive over the line.

Overton, who were promoted from Hampshire Two at the end of last season, face another tough game on Saturday, hosting third-placed Fordingbridge.

Kris Ford scored a hat-trick of tries as Chineham RFC beat Alresford 68-3 to move up to second in the Hampshire Two table.

The fly-half was on top form, controlling the backs and scoring some impressive tries, while Luke Dyer crossed the line twice, troubling the Alresford defence with his pace and power.

The other Chineham scorers were Jack Douglas, Sam Smith, James Floyd, Lewis Buttle and Chris Ford.

The May's Bounty side are without a game this weekend.
