Overton RFC will begin life in Hampshire One with a home game against local rivals Andover on Saturday afternoon.
The Laverstoke Park side won promotion by finishing second in Hampshire Two last season and will be keen to get off to a good start in the higher league.
Tadley are also gearing up for a season in a new league. They will spend this year in the Berks, Bucks and Oxon Premiership after being relegated from Southern Counties North and their first match sees them travel to Littlemore on Saturday.
Elsewhere, Chineham face a trip to Lymington Mariners in Hampshire Two, while Aldermaston host Winslow and Kingsclere will travel to Didcot in the Berks, Bucks and Oxon Championship.
