A LATE try from leading scorer Gareth Kelly saw Basingstoke RFC extend their winning run to five games.
'Stoke were not at their fluent best and were being held 14-14 by Dover with just five minutes of Saturday's game at Down Grange remaining.
However, winger Kelly jinked in to secure his side a 21-14 win and keep their push for promotion from London One South on course.
Lloyd Staszkiewicz got Basingstoke's first try earlier in the game as Dover trailed 8-7 at half-time.
Two penalties from Andrew Humberstone put 'Stoke in the driving seat but Dover got a second try to level the game again, setting up the thrilling finale.
