BASINGSTOKE put in a hard-working performance but came off second best away at high-flying Old Albanians on Saturday.

’Stoke had chances to go ahead in the early stages but were unable to take them and found themselves 31-0 down at half-time.

Old Albanians, who are second in the National Three London table, did not let up in the second half, adding another two tries to run out 43-0 winners.
