BASINGSTOKE claimed the London two south title with a 62-0 win over Thanet Wanderers at Down Grange on Saturday.
Needing to avoid defeat in order to be sure of topping the table, ’Stoke produced a fine display, running in 10 tries to win comfortably.
Simon Appleby, Paul Morris, Andrew Fitchett and Jamie Fish all crossed the line twice, with Dan Rees and Glen Lewis the other scorers.
