CHRIS Wood took four wickets as Hampshire 2nds beat Kenya by 11 runs in a T20 match at the Ageas Bowl.
The left-armer took 4-31 after a century opening partnership between Lewis McManus and Tom Alsop helped Hampshire to 199-4 from their 20 overs.
McManus hit four sixes in his 39-ball 74 and Alsop top scored with a 51-ball 80 as they put on 157 from the first 83 balls of the match.
Liam Dawson was run out for 30 (19 balls) before taking 0-26 from three overs as Kenya were restricted to 188-8 in reply.
Felix Organ (2-0-20-2) and 20 year-old seamer Tom Nugent (2-0-5-2) impressed before Wood took two wickets in three balls in the penultimate over.
The national teams of Kenya and UAE have been based at the Ageas Bowl for a ten-day training camp organised by the Elite International Cricket Academy.
