THOUSANDS of well wishers took to the streets around the district of Wycombe today to celebrate their Olympic heroes.
An open top bus parade carried the sports stars from Marlow to High Wycombe and then through Bourne End, Loudwater and Wooburn Green, before finishing at Higginson Park in Marlow.
The video below shows the bus coming into Marlow, through the High Street and then stopping at the George and Dragon Pub.
From there, the Olympians walked through a guard of honour, formed by Gamesmakers, the volunteers who helped run London 2012, who were also special guests at the event.
Watch the video below to see them as they are greeted by thousands of adoring fans in Higginson Park.
