WASPS face a trip to Dai Young's old side Cardiff Blues in their first LV= Cup tie.
The Wasps director of rugby had two spells in the Welsh capital as a player before coaching them for eight years, leading them to the Heineken Cup final in 2009.
He then moved to Adams Park at the start of last season and the opening LV= Cup match is the first time Young will have returned to his old stomping ground.
Wasps' first home match of the Anglo-Welsh cup is against Worcester Warriors, and they will also face Leicester Tigers at Welford Road before hosting Sale Sharks in the final pool match.
The semi-finals and final of the competition will take place in March, with the final venue to be arranged later.
