ANDOVER Cricket Club Second XI achieved promotion for the second consecutive year after their final league game against Petersfield was abandoned midgame due to bad weather.

The Test Valley Windows sponsored club, who needed 21 points from their final game to secure promotion to Hampshire Cricket League County Division 1, won the toss and started the game brightly as openers Stuart Summers and Harri Williams both scored into the twenties.
