STOCKBRIDGE had to settle for a share of the points when they drew 3- 3 with Clanfield on a cold and windy afternoon at the Recreation Ground.

The Robins were without the injured trio of Jazz Beavis, Ashley Childs and Dave Cotter but fellow striker Jack Hutchings went close for Stockbridge in the 22nd minute but was denied by a good save.

Clanfield went 1-0 up a minute later when an Elliot Sills shot from the edge of the six yard box gave keeper Dan Kempson no chance before a good goal from Nathan Rae just before the half hour put Stockbridge level at 1-1.

Two minutes later Hutchings put Stockbridge in front butDavid Price scored minutes later when a chip bounced awkwardly and caught out Kempson and suddenly it was 2-2.

Stockbridge went 3-2 up just past the hour mark when a Lee Hamilton cross was finished with a good header by Hutchings.

He and Hamilton both went close soon after while at the other end Kempson pulled off a couple of smart saves but with ten minutes to go Sills struck again to make it 3-3 and the points were shared.

Stockbridge are away to QK Southampton today at the Lordshill Recreation Centre.

Kick-off is at 3pm.
