Amport have big night out
AMPORT Cricket Club enjoyed a double celebration at the Hampshire Cricket League presentation evening.
As well as collecting the winner’s trophy for Regional Division 3 NW – after pipping local rivals Penton by the narrowest of margins – there was individual success as skipper Darren Goacher collected the divisional bowling award.
Goacher, pictured above, snared 36 victims with his slow bowling.
Richard Jenson, from Penton CC, won the batting award for the division.
