ANDOVER CRICKET Club has received praise for its ground from the Southern Electric Premier League.
The first team received an average of 35 out of 50 in the league’s ground marking system, which ranked them mid-table, while the seconds received an average of 41 out of 50, with two near perfect scores of 49/50, which placed them in the top three across all the county divisions.
Club spokesman Ali Hooper said: “This fantastic achievement is down to the hard work and incredible efforts of our skilled and dedicated ground staff, led by Mike Adams. A huge thanks goes to Mike, Andy Hooper, Keith Williams, Rodney Adams and Mark Andrews for all their hard work.”
