Cadnam v Longparish.

A must win tie for both sides saw Longparish win the toss and bowl first. Cadnam found scoring difficult as Longparish banished mid season befuddlement to put in a superb display with the ball. Matt Jackman took 1 for 20 from ten overs and Alex Coetzee 2-13 from eight but Harry Martin's fine form continued as he took 7- 13 in nine overs, the best figures by a Longparish bowler for some years and takes his season's tally to 32 as Cadnam were dismissed for 60, a target Longparish passed in the seventh over with ten wickets remaining.

Longparish II v Ramsdell.

Longparish II batted first and Gary Taplin and Martin Savage put on 30 for the first wicket before Savage was the first to fall for 13. Taplin departed for 22 and Michael Taplin was caught on 29 but U15 Scott Sturt hung in for 57, his second half century of the season as Longparish II closed on 173. Ramsdell scored slowly as Chris Clarke banished recent shoulder troubles to take 2-12 from his ten overs, Martin Savage took 2-34 and Oliver Coetzee 4-28 as Warren Bonathan's Longparish II ran out winners by 62 runs.
