In Division 1 of the Whitchurch and District Bowls League Andover B suffered a heavy loss at home to Alton Social 44-75 picking up only one point but due to other results going their way they retain fourth place.
St Mary Bourne Hawks picked up a win away at Oakley 66-42 gaining four points but remain seventh.
Whitchurch Yellows maintained their 100 per cent record in Division 2 by beating Howard Park away 56-41 (4-1) and are now five points clear at the top of the table with a game in hand over second placed Marnell.
Whitchurch Blacks slipped up this week by turning up with a player short and lost 2-3 away to Marnell.
Andover A won away at Old Basing 59-56 (4-1) and climb one place to sixth but St Mary Bourne Eagles unfortunately lost by one shot for the second consecutive week losing 45-46 to Oakley and gaining only a point. Eagles remain second from bottom.
Andover C are now three points clear at the top of Division 4 after recording their fifth win of the season away at Howard Park 71-42 (5-0). Andy Hooper, Mike Withers and Eileen Aguilar with a score of 34-12 had the highest winning rink margin for the week in this match. St Mary Bourne Merlins also lost at home to Oakley 46-58 (1-4).
