A long treasured football tradition comes to an end next month as the final Dango Memorial takes place, this time at Whitchurch United FC’s Longmeadow ground.
For the last event, the 25th anniversary, a 35 minutes each way match will kick-off at 3pm on Saturday July 19 made up of two squads from England and Scotland, as the original memorial did and all previous players of 35 years old or more are welcome to join in.
