New Stockbridge boss Dean Hutchins has hit the ground running as he begins preparations for the side’s debut season in the Hampshire Premier League by announcing an open trial morning on Saturday June 7.
Hutchins told the Advertiser: “ I will be looking for players who are interested in joining Stockbridge first team for next season’s campaign in the Hampshire PremierLleague. ‘I am opening this up to all local players as an opportunity to see what is on offer at the club next season.
‘Players who are interested in attending the trial should contact the club via Stockbridgefc@hotmail.co.uk, leaving contact details.”
As was expected the club has signed Jack Hutchings who returns to the club after spending last season with Andover New Street. Jack has committed to the club and will be team captain and Hutchins added: “ Jack is a player that I have worked with before and who will be integral to building a team to compete in this league . ‘After a meeting with him this week , Jack said if he was going to join, he wanted to be first to sign and lead by example. “ Hutchins has also been in talks with other players, this week who will be revealed soon, as the process continues in building the squad.
