The Hampshire GC’s February Medal went ahead despite the recent wet weather and the best scoring was in the Sunday competition, with John Ward (7) returning an excellent net 68 to win Division 1.
He will now play off a six handicap.
Paul Humphrey (12) was runner-up with a net 70 and Paul Ridge (12) finished third with a net 74.
In Division 2 Tom Bannister (15) took pole position with a net 71, one ahead of Andy Smith (25).
Colin Munday (17) was third with a net 74.
In the Saturday competition consistent Steve Pyle (6) finished first in Division 1 with a net 70 - a very good score in the tricky windy conditions, and he will now play off a five handicap.
Reg Fisher (14) was runner-up with a net 71 and Guy Davis (8) finished third with a net 73.
In Division 2, Iain Small (21) was the winner with a net score of 71, two strokes ahead of Jordan Brown (25) who returned a net 73 and he just beat Peter Napp (21) into third place on count back.
