Andover took a while to settle on the bouncy pitch at Bar End but dominated the first 20 minutes before Emma Boswell, making a welcome return from injury, opened the scoring.
West Meon soon equalised but shortly before half-time Ann Collins found Boswell who gave Andover the lead at the interval. In the second half player of the match Emma Helsdown put the opposition under intense pressure and Steph Higgs took the tally to three and Emma Helsdown claimed the fourth. Kirsty Evers was in fine form and defenders Tiff Fish and Jess Allmark kept the opposition at bay for the last part of the match. Boswell completed her hat-trick with a fine reverse stick strike in the dying seconds.
