NETMINDER Tom Annetts recorded a 37 shot shut-out as the Basingstoke Bison avenged the previous evening’s defeat in Slough, with a 3-0 victory on home ice on Sunday night.
The Bison opened the scoring at 30:50 as Ondrej Lauko lofted the puck over Gregg Rockman and then a superb rush from Kurt Reynolds down the left wing saw him centre for Steve Moria to double the advantage.
Slough continued to pressure the home net, but the game as a contest was ended when Nicky Chinn wristed home with 61 seconds left in the game.
