Emily Harris and Lucy Beal from the Under-12 Bison have been selected to attend the England Under-16s Girls School of Excellence.
Following selection to the England Girls Under-16 South team earlier this year, both players have impressed the England coaches enough to be included in the England Under-16 Girls training squad.
The girls will attend the School of Excellence in Hull next month, during which they will face an intense week of on-ice and off-ice activities before the team to travel to Finland will be selected.
It is the first step to eventually making it to become a full Great Britain international.
