THE Basingstoke Bison won the second half of their double header weekend with the Milton Keynes Lightning 3-1 and in the process clinched second spot in the English Premier League.
The Herd won the game the hard way coming back from a goal down after Adam Brittle gave MK the lead.
Joe Miller levelled and then two third period goals from Joe Greener made sure of the victory as the Bison clinched second spot and their highest league finish since 2001.
