HARTLEY Wintney Golf Club will be the first to host a new annual tournament, where Hampshire’s ladies and men will compete alongside each other.
It’s a joint enterprise by the Hampshire Ladies County Golf Association and Hampshire Golf and mirrors national events introduced by England Golf.
The tournament is being held on Tuesday, June 14 and is part of a week of 125th anniversary celebrations at Hartley Wintney Golf Club.
Celebrations that also include a bumper PGA in Hampshire Pro-Am, Members ‘125’ competitions everyday and a 125 party on the Saturday night.
The tournament will be played as two separate competitions with men’s and ladies three-ball groups playing at 10 minute intervals.
The handicap limit is 24 for Men and 30 for Ladies, entry costs £30 and includes lunch.
