JUSTIN Rose really struggled in the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth, as he finished 19 shots behind the winner Byeong-hun An.
The north Hampshire golfer never really got going in Surrey, as he posted a four round total of 286 (-2).
On the first day of the event he had a very eventful front nine as he scored four birdies and three bogeys, before hit all pars after the turn for a 71 (-1).
The following day, he dropped two shots at the third and then scored a birdie on hole four.
He hit a pair of birdies at holes 10 and 12, before another bogey on 13 saw him finish with a par round.
Saturday saw him start with a birdie at hole four and others followed at 11, 12 and 17, but he also dropped shots at six, eight and 13 for another 71 round.
He signed off in a tournament, which he has twice finished second in with another par round.
This was after he started with a bogey then chalked up his fourth consecutive birdie at hole four.
Three more birdies and bogeys followed as he had another round to forget.
