KENNET Osprey’s match at Billhook Lake saw Andy Leith top out with 54lb 1oz of F1 carp and chub on pole and pellet.

Graham Shadwell caught 52lb 5oz of similar species on similar tactics for second spot, Dwayne Seed put 34lb 12oz on the scales using pole and pellet whilst Bartosz Recki used pole and corn for his 33lb 14oz of mixed.

Twenty five fished and all caught.

Adventure AS travelled to Ivy House Lake near Swindon for their match and it was Robin Guppy who sorted it best, weighing in 53lb 8oz of mixed carp and bream on pole and corn.

Scott (meatloaf) Nelson had an all bream bag of 43lb 12oz using pole and worm, match secretary Nick Sargent put 37lb 8oz on the scales followed by Graham Spiller on 28lb 12oz.

Twelve fished and caught.

Camrose AC were at Soke Road Lake for their match, where Brian Orchard won with 34lb 12oz of carp on pole and bread.

Mike Ravenning caught 30lb 14oz of carp on pole and bread. Jason (the paste) Marcham weighed in 24lb 12oz followed by match secretary Pip Seeny on 23lb 2oz.

Twelve fished and weighed.

Twelve Basingstoke Railway Piscatorials were at New Barlows Lake on Sunday last, where Rob Carr (superstar) sparkled with four carp for 19lb 8oz on pole and maggot.

Alan Wells weighed exactly the same to tie for top spot, club chairman Dave Edwards made third spot with 18lb 12oz of mixed on maggot from the margins, John Hooley caught an even 16lb. All caught.

Staceys Match Group went to Cheriton Farm where Staceys Supremo Keith Brown put all his blanks behind him and won the match with 182lb 8oz of carp on pole and maggot.

Steve Davis was on cue for second spot on 83lb 8oz of carp on pole and pellet Andy (hooverman) Wicks came next with 81lb 8oz followed by Mike Vinney on 63lb Thirteen fished and caught.
