GRAHAM Spiller topped the ton to win Adventure AC’s match at Gold Valley’s Syndicate Lake.

Utilising the pellet waggler and a margin swim 102lb 8oz of carp was netted.

Bato Baits Tomasz Wojcik fished with meat in the margins to grab second spot on 82lb 12oz, Gary Hermon rang the changes to catch his 58lb 8oz of carp whilst Dave Stratford-Way weighed in 47lb 12oz. Twenty fished and all caught.

Kennet Ospreys went to Willow Park’s Middle Lake and it was Bobbi Williams who topped out with 41lb 8oz of carp on pole and paste.

In form Colin Thomas caught bream on the feeder with hard pellet on the hook for his 34lb 4oz.

Kim Coombs put 29lb 15oz of mixed in the sack using pole and pellet and Phil Rogers rounded up the scorers with 25lb 15oz. Fifteen fished some did not weigh.

Basingstoke Railway Piscatorials went to Frobury Farm Lake for their latest match where Staceys Supremo Keith Brown caught 68lb of carp on maggot and worm to win the event.

Trevor Matthews used similar tactics for his 61lb of carp, Dave Edwards used corn on the hook for his 44lb 8oz just edging out Alan Wells who bagged 43lb 12oz. Thirteen fished and caught.

Camrose AC fished their latest match on Adventure’s Willow Pool Lake and it was Brian Orchard who sorted it best with 52lb 4oz of all sorts on the method feeder.

Ralph Sneddon fished with pole and pellet for his 47lb of mixed, Bill Atkinson’s 39lb 12oz was a pole and pellet affair with match secretary Pip Seeny catching 28lb 8oz of everything on pole and pellet. Ten fished and caught.

Tomorrow, Adventure AC at their club’s lake Willow Pool, Kennet Osprey will be at the in form Witherington Farm Outer Lake, Camrose AC are at New Barlows Lake, whilst the Railway Club’s next match is on Saturday August 5 at Dandys Ford Fishery With the weather holding good ‘er indoors is suitably occupied gardening, whilst I have to find places to fish midweek, how I suffer.
