KENNET Ospreys match at Timsbury Manor saw Tomasz Wojcik top out with 211lb of carp on pole and paste.

Bartosz Recki netted 156lb of carp on pole and meat, Mark Canning came next with 112lb on pole and paste with Kevin Downer making up the frame on 87lb. Eighteen fished and caught.

Adventure AS fished their match at Dandys Ford Fishery, where match secretary Nick Sargent won with 149lb of carp on pole and meat.

Robin Guppy put 106lb 8oz in the sack to take second spot, Steve Telford’s 71lb 8oz was a pole and pellet affair, whilst Steve Hunt caught 67lb 8oz again on pole and pellet. Eighteen fished and caught.

Basingstoke Railway Club’s match at Greenridge Farm saw Stacey's supremo Keith Brown win with 65lb 10oz of carp on pole and maggot (what else).

Les Partridge also utilised pole and maggot for his 46lb of carp, Trevor Matthews caught 42lb also on pole and maggot followed by Rob Carr (superstar) whose 41lb 2oz was a pole and corn affair. Sixteen fished and caught.

Camrose AC fished at Whitehouse Lake and Colin Thomas won it with 37lb 14oz of mixed on pole and paste.

Bill Atkinson fished the straight lead and pellet for his 32lb 9oz of carp, Tony Holdsworth caught 24lb 14oz of bream on pole and pellet, whilst Pete Morris also used pole and pellet for his 21lb 12oz. Twelve fished and all caught.

Kennet Osprey’s match at Witherington Farm saw Recki win with 63lb 5oz of mixed on pole and maggot.

Glen Wills came out of retirement to net 41lb 6oz of mixed on pole and pellet, whilst Steve Shepherd (who doesn’t moan) caught 33lb 7oz. Nine fished and caught.

Camrose AC’s match at Old Barlows Lake gave Paul Follington the win with 29lb of mixed on pole and maggot, Colin Ariss caught 19lb 14oz of mixed also on pole and maggot, match secretary Pip Seeney weighed in 10lb 4oz. Ten fished and weighed.

‘Er indoors is feeling holiday’ish again, so who knows where or when.
