Rose well behind at Masters
JUSTIN Rose had a mixed third round at the Masters in Augusta, Georgia, on Saturday, shooting a round of 73 (+1) to leave himself on three-over-par and 14 shots off the lead.
The north Hampshire golfer had led the tournament after the opening day but a terrible second round of 78 cost him any chance of victory.
He began his third round badly, with bogeys at one and six. A birdie at nine was immediately followed by a bogey and double bogey but he played the remaining seven holes well, recording three birdies for a round of 73.
