ADVENTURE AS went to Frobury Farm on Sunday last and it was Tadley Anglings’ Kevin Roberts who did the business with 90lb 12oz of carp, falling to a pole, pellet and bread approach.

Kevin Smith put pole and corn to good use for his 43lb 8oz of carp. Steve Telford’s 36lb 12oz was a pole and maggot affair, whilst Dave Sexton made up the frame on 28lb 4oz.

All 14 caught.

Camrose AC were at Soke Road Lake last Sunday where Paul Hunt topped out with 18lb 6oz of carp on the pole and maggot.

Tony Handsworth put an even 18lb of carp in the sack on pole and bread. Brain Orchards 16 14oz was a pole and caster affair. Pip Seeny came next with 12lb 9oz All 12 caught.

Basingstoke Railway Pisccatorials went to Cheriton Farm for their latest fixture, where Les Partridge won with 33lb 8oz of carp on pole and meat.

Alan Wells used the feeder for his 31lb 8oz of carp, Paul Dyer came next on 15lb.

All 10 caught.

Kennet Ospreys match at Willow Park saw Graham Shadwell win with 49lb 12oz of carp on bomb and pellet. Glen Wills employed the same method for his 35lb 8oz, as did Rod Carrol for 31lb 8oz. All 10 caught.

Adventure’s recent match at Cove Pit in Theale put Graham Spiller in the driving seat with 57lb 4oz of carp on pole and corn.

Mick Biles used paste for his 48lb 8oz of carp Dave Sextons’ pole and corn approach gave him 46lb, whilst Martin Wickens caught bream and carp for his 43lb. All 19 caught.

Twenty two anglers fished Kennet Ospreys match at Dandys Lane where Ray Shepherd won with 59lb 8oz of carp on pole and corn.

Venue ace Pete Newman took second spot on 58lb 12oz, Bartosz Recki was third with 53lb 15oz with Tomasz Wojcik fourth on 52lb 2oz.

Camrose AC went to New Barlows last week Darren (Dodgy) Brown topped out with 22lb 14oz of mixed on pole and mag.

Paul Follington was next on 22lb followed by John Ambrose with 19lb 10oz and Pete Morris on 19lb. All 12 caught.
