ROY Brown hit two maximums as Oakridge GB beat OMI 5-4 in the opening week of the Basingstoke Tuesday Darts League.
The Oakridge man was the only player to record two 180s in the opening week of competition.
However, Derek Bristow (Ex Services Club), Stuart Mitchell (The Sinners), Kevin Paine (Rugby Club), John McDermott (Westside Club A), Scott Vickery (Labour Club), Chris Diamond (Wessex Wanderers) and Chris Mouray (Oakridge GB) all hit one maximum.
The highest checkout of the week went to Darryl Wood, who hit 130 as The Oak Mighty Arrows beat The Only Way Is Wessex 5-4 in Division Three. Ryan Brill (Soldiers Elite) and McDermott both recorded checkouts of 105.
