IT IS all change at the top of the Whitchurch Bowls League after leaders Littleton Leopards went down 50-46 against Andover B, writes NORMAN FIGG.
Basingstoke Town Spades are back on top following a 73-34 win at Whitchurch Yellows. Kingsclere Quails are still in third place after a close 48-42 win at Hyde Abbey A.
Other results saw Oakley A win 89-31 against St Mary Bourne Hawks and Howard Park A beat Marnell Blues 59-48.
In Division Two, Whitchurch Blacks and Old Basing Cavaliers are pulling away at the top.
Blacks beat Town Diamonds 61-46, while Andover A are creeping back into contention after a 51-42 win over Alton.
Alton Social won a low-scoring match against Hook Hares 33-24 and Oakley B beat St Mary Bourne Eagles 51-42.
Littleton Lemurs held on to top spot in Division Three even after they drew 30-30 at home to Oakley C.
Hyde Abbey B went down 54-45 at Andover C, while Hook Foxes won against Howard Park C and Kingsclere Partridges beat Town’s Jokers 52-51.
Old Basing Roundheads are a point clear of Whitchurch Blues in Division Four following their 67-27 win against Kingsclere Pheasants, while honours were even when the Blues met St Mary Bourne Merlins. The only other result was a 61-47 win for Marnell Greens at Howard Park C.
The Stan Hardman Central Division is still headed by AWRE B from Odiham D and Basingstoke Town.
The Southern Division’s top team is Hook Sapphires, while Whitchurch continue to dominate the Western Division.
