KINGSCLERE Quails continue to lead Whitchurch Bowls League Division One, but only by one point over Littleton Leopards.
Quails beat Andover B 55-44 and Leopards were trounced 60-34 by St Mary Bourne Hawks. Hyde Abbey are third after a 54-42 win over Oakley A. Basingstoke Town Spades thrashed Marnell Blues 74-35, while Whitchurch Yellows beat Howard Park 58-33. Basingstoke Town Diamonds head Division Two after a 71-40 win over Hook Hares. Andover A lost 53-33 to Old Basing Cavaliers, Alton beat St Mary Bourne Eagles 52-39.
Andover C are Division Three leaders after a 64-39 win over Oakley C. Hyde Abbey B are second after a 48-43 defeat to Friary and Kingsclere Partridges pushed Howard Park C to the bottom with a 64-28 win.
Old Basing Roundheads head Division Four after a 59-55 win over Marnell Greens. Howard Park B are fourth after they beat Kingsclere Pheasants 69-39.
In the Basingstoke District Bowls Association League, Basingstoke Town lost 55-49 to Alton, but lead Division One. Oakley beat St Mary Bourne 61-46 and Kingsclere beat bottom team Alton Social 75-31 and Howard Park beat Old Basing 68-54.
Whitchurch are unbeaten in Division Two after beating Thornycroft 70-45. Hook are second despite losing 66-55 to Oakley B.
