TADLEY Calleva boss Danny Dolan felt his side deserved at least a point as they lost to high flying Baffins 1-0 in the Wessex League Division One.
The only goal of the game on Tuesday came from the penalty spot, while Tadley had chances from Cameron George, Brett Denham and James Tennant.
Dolan said: "I cannot fault the effort from the players and I feel we deserved something out of the game."
Last Saturday, Tadley recorded a magnificent seventh straight clean sheet, as they won 2-0 at New Milton.
Danny Vickers headed home a cross from Sam Hamilton for a first half lead.
Leading scorer Denham, then added a second on 78 minutes as he netted a rebound after George's shot had hit the post.
Next for Tadley is a trip to Pewsey Vale.
